We are pleased to announce the addition of Fundamentals of Network Security to the suite of curricula offered in the TVCC/Cisco Networking Academy Program.
As with existing courses offered in the Cisco Networking Academy Program the focus of the course will be hands-on experience for students.
The 70-hour course will be an introduction to Network Security and overall security processes. The course will have a particular emphasis on:
Security policy design & management
Security technologies, products & solutions
Firewall and secure router design, installation, configuration & maintenance
AAA implementation using routers and firewalls
VPN implementation using routers and firewalls
